Neil has held CXO and Board Roles in the commercial and charity sectors: including Chairman and CEO of a high-growth technology company.

In his recent CEO roles, Neil has succeeded in multiplying turnover and delivered significant profitability. Neil has grown organisations organically and by acquisition, and has led multiple trade sale exits.

As a Sales-driven MD and previously as a Sales Director, Neil is proud to have delivered the first ever $1m contract in two of the companies he has worked for. In a recent role; managing a global sales team targeting the 20 largest telecommunications companies world-wide, Neil delivered several high-level strategic alliances, and $2m of business in less than 12 months from just one account.

Neil started his career as a Management Consultant, spending considerable time within the Finance, Retail and Technology sectors.

Neil is also Honorary Treasurer & Trustee at NFER, the largest education research charity in the UK. He has also been Deputy Chair of Governors and Chairman of the Finance and Personnel Committee at a local school.
